This session will encourage attendees to think about negotiation differently than they ever have and to get out of their comfort zone with regard to the process. Learn to think in terms of perception and reality and the impact each has on negotiation and the transaction. Explore basic tenets of emotional intelligence and its role in negotiation. Deconstruct and discussion negotiation processes in a real estate transaction from start to finish.
